I went in to get my hair fixed from a bad color. After spending hours upon hours of my day off there, I left completely unsatisfied. This wasn't because I was unspecific with what I wanted. It was because the stylist was unsure of what she was doing the entire time. She didn't know what effect the bleaches and colors would have on my hair, nor did she know how long she should have to leave said bleach or dye in. It seemed to be a big guessing game. Once I left, I had gone home reasonably satisfied. However, after seeing the color of my hair in the light, -- the salon was a bit dark -- it wasn't anything at all what I had seen in the salon, nor was it anything I had described. I had wanted a nice golden brown, I left with an extremely coppery brown. I called back and asked nicely for it to be fixed because it wasn't what I had asked for.
