I was delaying to write this review for months. Finally, I have had enough with this builder and I hope I can help others avoid the frustration that I went through, and am still going through.



If you're looking for a builder to test your patience, this is the builder for you. This builder does not value any kind of customer relationship and shows little respect for their customers. If you ask a question that they do not have a good answer for, they will lie directly to you or ignore you. If you ask too many questions, they just stop responding to you.



This builder has absolutely no plan or time line for building houses. They seem to just stumble through the build and take money from hard working, honest people. When investing hundreds of thousands of dollars on a new house, a person generally wants to know when the house will be completed and any kind of delays involved in the process. I found it near impossible to get a date out of this builder.



Warranty issues are hard to get any kind of quick response to. This is more of an issues with the contractors the builder uses. You need to email/call once a week for a month or longer to see any kind of action. I had 9 doors that were jamming for over a month before someone was out to fix them.



Finally, the builders home model's always take priority over your house. I have been waiting for the builder to paint the trim on my house since the first week in April when they painted their models. Again, too many emails requesting the builder to paint my house, so they just stopped responding to me.
