Good and exellent service

I have taken my car to Gary 2 times, and have been highly satisfied with the work done on my car. Gary was even nice enough to drive me back to my office when I dropped my car off for service! He stayed with the quoted price, and the work was done on time. He even worked with me on pricing when I had some expensive repairs that needed to be made. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I needed breaks and rotors for my Ford Edge. I called the shop and Gary has answered he gave me the price for rotors and break pad and even he has asked my model and make of my car the price was $225 + taxes. I have taken to the shop in evening after removing tires he gives me different quote I will $225 if I do service my calipers it he charged $64 for each one. I did not hand any option and let me do. Total he charged me $369 including taxes. I would rather recommend going to show room for work warranty. I asked ask him about warrant of the job he tells me if any problem bring it back. I think he is cheating people. Sorry guy I don't know how u people's has giving 5 stars for that shop and him. I would not give him 1 star also but I don't have option here. But giving 1 star, on of the client has same problem he has written in the review but I neglected it. Because the way Gary talk to you on phone u think he is genuine person but nothing but fraud, that's all I can tell about the shop and person

We needed brakes done on our 2002 Ford Conversion Van. Called around and at first was very impressed with the friendliness of Gary on the phone. Took the van in and, was even more impressed with the work done. Great Price! Great job! Great People!
Will definitely go back for future work. Don't normally do reviews but this place is#1

Great Customer Service at this location. I have been a regular customer here for many years, but recently the addition of new equipment and OBD diagonstics (sometimes done free of charge!) has been noticeable. Before you leave the shop, make sure you drop your email address for their weekly flyer, very good weekly coupons. They last did a brake job on my car, no squeak / squeal or any mechanical noise related to brake now.. fast and affordable service. A++++

I had a good job which was done professionally from first time. Thank you and I plan on coming back. I have a 2001 Ford F-150 and I had exhaust manifold problem. Also the studs were broken inside the engine block. The dealer wanted almost $3000.00 dollars, and they said if they couldn't get the studs out, then I might've had to change the engine. Therefore I went to Mr Muffler & Brakes in Farmington Hills, and they were be able to save the exhaust manifolds. They didn't have to change the engine, they extracted the old studs and put in new studs. The price was very reasonble and the service was quite fast. I highly recommend. Thank you very much.
