I have received harrassing phone calls on a daily basis since I had surgery at Berry. They were cashing the payment checks I sent yet they called and threatened to take me to collections because they wanted the full balance paid within seven days. They have no regard to people and also do no respect their privacy. I finally paid the entire balance or so I thought and then today I received a phone call from Berry stating that I owed $9 and to pay my balance or they would take me to collections. Take me to collections for NINE DOLLARS? seriously?! I guess they are really hard up for money. I will never deal with them again. Horrible selfish company.

The team at DMC Berry Surgery Center was very friendly and answered any questions you had. They really took extra time to make sure that you felt as comfortable as you needed to be. The staff was on time getting you prepped for surgery and you were taken care of every minute that you had your stay even in recovery. I would recommend that if you need any doctor to help you with your pain management, this is the place to go. I couldn't be happier! Thanks Berry Surgery Center!!!!!
