Our family has used Walpole many times in the past. This year Walpole replaced the screening on our porch. The design by Patrick is much better than I envisioned; the crew installing it was again professional, efficient, and friendly. I have learned that Walpole will do an excellent job whether or not I am home to "supervise". On other occasions, I have found the office staff to be helpful and willing to take that extra step. I will continue to use Walpole in the future. Walpole is an easy five stars. jane
