Great selection. One of the largest choices I've seen and the consultants are amazingly knowlegeable and patient. They helped me find my dream gown. They are very competitive in pricing and the alteration department is great. All European ladies. Yes, the salon has an old fashion look and if you can get past this you should have a good experience. I can't believe the bad reviews...I highly recommend this bridal store.

Love this bridal shop. Bridal consultants know how to find the perfect wedding gown. They are very experienced and pleasant. A great experience from start to finish. Great alterations too.

I recently purchased my beautiful wedding gown here, as well as my bridesmaid dresses and a friends a dress for a friends wedding. The women that work here were incredibly helpful and patient with me and my very indecisive large wedding party. Every time I've been here they are super busy so I would absolutely recommend an appointment (and that's at any bridal shop, I learned Appts are important.) My experience has been great. I know everyone's is different so I would recommend not to judge a book by it's cover and give this local family shop a chance!

Seems like everyone has a different experience at this bridal salon. So far I have nothing but the best recommendations to give them. I purchased my wedding dress and my Bridemaid dresses and a dress for another event from Princess Bridal. The women that work at the salon were so helpful, honest and helped a very indecisive me chose the most beautiful dresses, from wedding gown to Bridemaid dresses. I could not be happier. As all things in life it's worth the trip, decide for yourself, go in with a positive attitude. Their prices are very competitive and have an AMAZING selection, more then anywhere else I have been. Keep in mind no matter where you go depending on the designer, dresses can take from 4-8 months to come in, give yourself plenty of time for shipment and alterations. If your in a rush ask the salesperson for a designer with a quick turnaround time and with little problems. Good luck fellow brides to be!

I am a store manager and know how important your customers are and the type of service they should be given. Princess Bridals has extremely poor customer service in all aspects of their establishment including the owners. My wedding gown was not in when they told me it would be (when ordered over a year in advance). I'd call & speak with all different people never to receive a helpful associate/supervisor as well as received all sorts of responses. The best was speaking with the male supervisor who asked me to hold & could hear ordering an egg sandwich, then returned to tell me he had an issue and had to call me back & never returned my call. My first alterations were less than a week till my wedding. They weren't done right, the boning in the top was crooked & they took the rouging out if the dress! They completely destroy the whole Bridal Excitement for me! My 10 Bridesmaids and 2 Flower Girls had nothing but issues as well. BRIDES BE WARE!

No bride should have to put up with this place during the happiest time in her life! Dresses arrived 6 months after they should have been in, alterations were sloppy(and came in the week of the wedding so couldn't have been redone), horrible customer service, unprofessional, unorganized. Don't let them try to charge you for "taxes" on alterations! Very shady. Would never let anyone I know use them! Give your hard earned money to a business that appreciates it..and treats their customers with respect.

Best Experience, Although it was my first =)...they were very helpful made me feel comfortable and didn't push me at all. They were eager to please and made me feel like a PRINCESS, literally. I got the gown of my dreams not a dress, a GOWN =)...When I was the age of 3 I saw them in their old location and told my mother " I want to get my dress where the princesses get theirs"...and 19 years later I did...I didn't think they were going to have a dress that under or at the price I was willing to pay but they did. I am thrilled and am looking forward to my "Big Day" and wearing my Gown. Thank you Princess Bridals for making my dreams come true =)
