i.e., A lBased upon these reviews I used Harris Floors, worst decision I ever made. The two men that came to do the job were belligerent and unprofessional. Their attitude was so poor I wanted to tell them to leave after one hour on the job but once the job was started, they had me over a barrel. My floors came out wavy, instead of flat because of a poor sanding job, and they did not apply a seal to the floor before applying the polyurethane, and then applied the polyurethane in globs.
