When I had my accident and thanks of my lack of experience, my car was taken on the spot by a Tow company which, I truly believe, didn’t want to give my car back to me the next day; even after they made me show them the property title and paid the bill.

It was thanks to the help and great support of Marie and the 1042 Auto Collision team that I managed to finally release my car and have it towed to them for repairs.

I knew then that now my car was in professional and friendly hands. They made such a traumatic experience of a car accident as easy and smooth as possible; helping me deal with the insurance company, the car rental and taking care of all the details; while treating me like family.

The car was perfectly repaired by them mechanics and the service didn’t finish until Marie, in the front office, made sure I even got the last reimbursement check from my Insurance company.

As a female I tend to get the run-around when I had gone to other collision places to get my car fixed or even for an estimate. One place wanted me to leave my car there just for an estimate and to come back the next day. I declined. But at 1042 Collision I was given prompt service, whether an estimate or a repair. If the repair is for hours they even drive me home! But I'm local, even still it is a NICE gesture :) I find that their prices are affordable, not like some of the other rip-off artists that "claim" they're the best....and then they tack on extra things that you don't even need; again I surmise because I'm a female. Marie is honest, funny and always has a bright smile when I walk through the door. She makes you feel at ease no matter the reason you're there; from a simple side mirror that has been smashed off or a windshield that has to be replaced, she understands....and takes the time to explain everything that they will do to fix your car. Some say they're the best, but I KNOW for CERTAIN that 1042 Collision IS the best. Don't pass up 1042 when you need something fixed, you won't regret this decision. And the guys are also understanding. Bruce is patient and helpful, not like some repair guys that just fluff you off because of your gender. Two Thumbs Up for 1042 :)

BIG thank-yous to all the professional staff at 1042, but especially to Marie who took care of everything for us at a very stressful time when my sons car was hit. The staff at 1042 collision repairs were absolutely great. The estimate they gave me and the time that my car would be ready was right on point. Marie and Bruce were easy to talk to. I had had gotten into an accident and my husband told me to go straight to 1042 Collision. I listened and I am so happy I did. 1042 Auto Collision has been my "go-to" for car repairs since 2009 when I got rear-ended by a city bus, then side-swiped in a parking lot a few months later. Marie was extremely helpful in dealing with my insurance company and getting me a rental. The 1042 crew made my car look, feel, and run like new after both accidents! More recently, I was in an accident where my car got totaled. When I called 1042, Marie knew who I was and which car in the shop was mine. Marie and the 1042 crew were great with working on my timetable for going to clean out my car -- even offered me bags to put my stuff in! I'll keep coming here, because 1042 Collision's staff are people who make the effort to get to know their customers!

Best experience imaginable. Called the shop on the weekend. They are closed but Marie took the call and from that moment she managed the entire process. She took care of the rental and dealt with the insurance company I ended up never even speaking with them. Also, they did great work car looks like new. There can't possibly be a better option out there I will recommend them to anyone who needs body work.

I came here for my second time in over a year and a half for rear end damage from another driver. 1042 took my claim I was having trouble with by the insured, and quickly got me the help and funds I needed. The service was just as friendly as I remember, and I received a free shirt as well. I plan on coming back for a quick mod in a couple of months.

They did everything from beginning to end after my Subaru was rear ended ande sustained extensive damages, both in the front, because my car was hit with such force that it was pushed into the car in front of me and the extensive damage to the rear. They took care of dealing with the insurance companies, getting me a rental car and doing a totally professional job. The people are very nice and the owner Marie is awesome. When they finished and returned my car, it looked better than when I had first gotten it. I highly recommend them.
