Delahanty Landscaping caused damage to my newly installed aluminum fence while servicing my neighbor's yard. Several attempts were made to contact the company and no one called back. A police report was filed documenting the date and damage to the fence. When I was finally able to speak to the owner he was beyond rude and disrespectful to me over the telephone. He took an extremely aggressive tone and was totally unwilling to listen to my complaint let alone attempt to understand what I was saying (hard to do when he was talking over me the entire time). He was more concerned with shifting blame and saying things like "if you don't have it on video then it didn't happen" and "go get a lawyer". Not really the type of professional response the owner of a reliable company would say.I just wanted my fence fixed and nothing more. I have now been forced to file a complaint with Consumer Affairs and it will likely lead to a Small Claims Court. This company's actions and how they treat people clearly speak for themselves, it should make anyone thinking about using this company run in the opposite direction.
