Do not buy! Bought one commercial in 2002 one residential Elevator in 2006 and had them installed. Thereafter the service for repair is terrible, no communication from them and left hanging. Repeated calls to them -- like water over a ducks feathers! Thei pertson on the reception desk acts anoyed to be talked too and custommer insensitice. This has not changed from day one regardless of numerous complains.
