Positive experience.Had an issue with a new Samsung refrigerator. Chris, from Appliances department, quickly worked to replace this unit. Dan and Nick delivered the replacement and took out the other unit on Saturday, 25 March 2017. (invoice # 96425)Grade these people 'A'. First for no-nonsense quick resolution of problem, but also friendly and professional delivery and removal of refrigerator at lake home location under wet and messy conditions.
