Took over a week to get my computer back. After "fixing" my computer, it has been plagued with pop-ups - at least 3 every time I open a web page. They changed my default search engine. I wish I had not taken it there. It has been more frustrating using my computer now than before it was fixed.

Alot of problems with hardware installed. Slow turn around time 3 - 4 days to look at the computer, this is for a business. If my computer is down my business is not running. The computer that was built for me has had too many issues with the hardware, I had anticipated better service as well as a better computer based on what I spent.
