Founded in 1968, Westgate Elementary School serves students in kindergarten through grade six. The school offers the English for Speakers of Other Languages program. Its academic curriculum includes language arts, math, science, history, English and social studies. The school s staff includes full-time teachers, custodians, instructional assistants, specialists, librarians and guidance counselors. Westgate Elementary School also conducts gifted and talented and special education programs. In addition, the school provides lunch services to students. It is a part of Fairfax County Public Schools, which serves students in prekindergarten through grade 12 through its elementary, middle and high schools. Westgate Elementary School is located in Falls Church, Va.
