I agree with the showing up late and taking forever to pick the girls up after the cleaning. I do however like the fact that you don't have to set up a schedule in order for the ceaning to be cheaper. You can call 24 hours a day to set up a cleaning. Most of the time you can get them to come the same day. Usually when they do arrive late they apologize and send 3-5 people to finish at the same time they would have finished if they were here on time. I've been using them for 3 years now. Yes they can be a little frustrating at times but for the most part they are pretty good. Great thing is they are cheaper than any other company I have found. (Yes I know, you get what you pay for but as long as they do all the cleaning I hate doing then I'm okay with that.)

AVOID AT ALL COST1st time user. Maid showed up after window originally given. Did a fair job, but then stayed at our home for 5 HOURS from 5.30pm-10.30pm waiting for the company to pick her up. Company rep showed up and refused to comment on why late, but did not look to be sober. My wife and I called the next day to talk to the owner John - first they said he wasn't there, then they hung up on us whenever we tried calling again.Late, cruel to their own people, and rude to customers...please don't patronize this business.
