Management is unprofessional and incapable of having a rational conversation. One of the other residents said "Dover Park facilities manager just essentially told me that the water damage to my wall and ceiling is not his problem and I'll have to work it out with my upstairs neighbor to cover the repairs." When my legally parked vehicle was towed by mistake, he said I wasn't allowed to park there (contradicting the sign next to the parking lot), shouted at me, refused to even give me his name, and threw me off the property instead of talking about how we could resolve the dispute. Would not recommend!
