I took my gown to Ace Organic Cleaners to be altered. I was measured with my shoes on. It needed 6 inches off from the bottom.( cost of gown $299.99).It would cost me $85.00 for alteration and clean. One week after I went to pick up my gown. I tried it on only to see it was 1 inch short with my shoes on. I was told to leave it they would fix it. There was no way to fix this gown. The owner knows that and got very angry, told me to leave the gown and go and come back tomorrow. What happens after was the worst experience I ever had. knowing I was leaving to California in 3 day for a wedding which I was part of the wedding party. I couldn't believe my eyes when I tried on my gown. It was short. There is no way I can find another gown like that on since I bought it in New York in 3 days. The owner and his wife was talking in their language and I understand everything they were saying. I would never go back there after being a customer for over 10 years. Worst customer service I endure.
