Worst customer service ever received in my life. Our father had passed away and he had an account with Edward Jones. Tried to contact his financial advisor, and after many phone calls and visiting Douglas Drost was told that he was not the boss of that other person and he could not help even though it was the same company. Mr. Drost was rude and arrogant. Come to find out dad's advisor had retired and no one here or the corporate office was much help until we contacted our attorney. After our attorney faxed all the paperwork, that I also could have provided, did they say they would assist us but they made sure to tell us that it was not their normal procedure. What does a person have to go through to close out an account? Obviously,
Customer service is not part of their procedures either. If I could give them a negative rating I would!
