i was in a loft apartment for 750 a month the first floor walls were falling apart with lead and leak problems. my sky light window leaked everytime it rained or snowed no matter the complaints i made the problem continued. the fire alarms are always going off from the nieghbors smoking in the hallways and the elevator. despite my complaints the smoking continued.this is for the 1820 building not the one with the rental office.the laundry facilities if you didnt watch your laundry you didnt get them all back. they use special keys for the apartment doors. so you cant make copies and the charge you 5 dollars for one key. the buzzers dont really work. you can buzz up to an apartment and ring them in but the camera is fake and you cant ask who it is or what they want. there is a really bad housing project (Pleasant View) walking distance from the propertie and no security. my car was broken into the first week i moved in. the parking is horrible also.other than that i guess its ok
