I had a terrible experience. I had to have a tooth pulled nd the Dr pulled it and his assistant was not suchening my saliva and than when he pulled my tooth out but first he pulled out the filling that was in my tooth the assistant did not catch it so I choked on my own filling before he pulled out my tooth. I will never go there ever again. Worst experience of my life!!!

I came to Dr.Patel's office after having a horrible experience with my former dentist. My mouth is a complete work in progress after being terrified of the dentist for most of my life. Dr. Patel formed an action plan that works with my extremely difficult schedule and tight budget. Together we have prioritized what needs to be done, and in what order. He couldn't be anymore calming and professional when dealing with my anxiety towards dental work. Everything is explained in detail before you even get started. His calm, professional, customer service oriented manner is only mirrored by the entire staff. I have worked for a 5 star hotel, and have to agree, Dr.Patel's office runs like one. You are greeted with a smile and introduction of anyone you come in contact with. From the moment you walk in until your departure, you can feel that everyone in the office cares about your experience. I even received a call the day after an extraction appointment, to check up on how I was doing.

I recommend Dr. Patel. The most important factor anyone should consider is experience. I came to Dr. Patel after my previous dentist sold her practice to a couple of newly licensed dentists, who had very little experience and I was not happy. I am confident with Dr. Patel and his experience. Also, another important factor to consider is whether the dentist you chose is a dentist first and business person second. I have been to dentists before when I had the distinct feeling I was being sold things I did not need. This is not the case with Dr. Patel. I was very happy when he reviewed my X-rays with me and went over them. Dr. Patel explains things and is comprehensive and you don't feel as if you are being rushed. Additionally, I feel the hygienists spend quality time with me and that I get my money's worth. Thumbs up to Dr. Patel
