The manager at the Stop and Shop Citizens Bank is an excellent asset to the company. His attitude is positive. He is customer oriented, kind, and listens thoroughly to the person he is engaged with. I was pleasantly surprised to have been given such lovely service, even in the midst of a relatively poor city, such as Fall River. I live in Tiverton, which is a border city.
