Horrible service. Called them Wednesday 1/21/15 (i ran out of oil, no hot water or heat since then) they scheduled a delivery for Friday 1/23/15 and cncelled on me at 7:29am Friday 1/23/15 with a snow storm on the way 1/24/15. Didnt provide a reason and told me would be sometime late next week. i told them no hot water , no heat, nowhere to go. they put me on hold never came back. called multiple times, 15 minutes later got back in touch they said we told you we are not coming today. hey never tried to explain, or re-schedule me, i told them they wold lose by business and the guy said "ok" and hung up.I I left a messagef ro the owner at their answering service, no retun call since 8am it is now almost 11am. i also sent a message via website, no contact as of yet. noone else wil take me now util next week because i am considered a "new customer" to them. tank will need to be re-inspected. i am disgusted with Charlies Oil. what a sham, previously expereinces were good until today.
