I can't speak for their services however I can speak for the attitude of the owner who drives around Fall River thinking rules don't seem to apply to him. A couple weeks ago he passed me on the right took a right hand turn and almost hit my car with my four year old son in the car I called the number on the website to complain nobody called me back. Now I have seen this van multiple times come flying down my street that has children in just about every house. This morning he decides he doesn't want to sit in traffic comes down the wrong way on a main road turn onto my street and again almost hits me with my four year old in the car. I called the second number listed on the website which turns out to be his cell phone and he proceeded to scream at me, yes I yelled back. He then tells me I need to stop harassing him I said okay fine I will be calling the local police to file a complaint hang up and then he proceeds to call me three more times. If this is the owner and this is how he treats people who called to complain about his company being represented poorly I sure as hell wouldn't want to deal with their company because what is he scream at you if you have a problem with service and complain too

I am the owner of several restaurants in the surrounding area (fast food ) we have been with Ben-Temp for years , during this economic down turn , even my restaurants have felt the pinch .....Ben-Temp let me hold back on payments to the co for some of the larger projects that we needed. There smart to do that and it really helps. Norm treats you right !

Ihave to give credit to where it's due ......My husband and I have had problems with our heat in the past . We would call our usual co. They'rd send out somebody and bill us . Well we got tired of not knowing what was wrong ,what was happening ,and could we prevent our heatong problems !? So as it turned out our neighbors were using Bentemp and they had nothing to say bad about them ,so we took a chance and gave Bentemp a call..This man came out looked our system out and told us that everything was fine and gave us a small class on how the heater worked ,what to do to prevent future problems and left . Now...hey he could have made somthing up charged us and went on his way . That's class , thats's honesty, and you know what they got our respect and a spot on my 'to call " list .

We bought a new condo a couple of years ago . we were having a problem with our ac and heating (both would run at the same time ?)...We tried to get back to the original installer and realtor but fat chance that happening.....We searched the net ..Ben-Temp came up we read the reviews we gave them a chance ...one wire at the thermostat was wrong..imagine that all this new equipment and not installed correctly ...I write this to let all those interested that BenTemp charged us for the call but informed us that it would be wise to check the ac in the spring. The guy was very informative and knowledgeable If only we I had found them sooner .Thanks again ...hopefully there 's no problem with the ac in the spring .

We recently had ben-temp come out and repair our walk in cooler . We were not sure who to use ...we heard about bentemp from our manager . We were hot to get the refrigeration system working again seeing the holidays are around the corner. They repaired /replaced the evaporators and got the system up and running now our beer and wine sales are picking -up again satisfied with the work and under budget ...

We called Ben-Temp and asked if they serviced ice machines, (the co. we were using suggested replacement of same ) Ben-Temp came out took a look at the machine,gave us their recommendation(s).,and fixed our problem, no replacement of the machine ....saved us thousands. I can only imagine what it has cost me over the years ..taken the advice of others co. .....bucks literally stop at BEN-TEMP ....I told you I would plug your co...Norm lol Thanks again !

There was a problem with our boiler ,we waited for our regular guy to come out .We called Ben-temp read their reviews and decided to call them .The company was all it was sized up to be ...really .They came after ours waived the emergency rate fee and fixed the problem .I'd say the company is well run and works to gain your trust . Ihave decided to let them do the work at my dealership when we should need it .For now they get a triple A rating.....

Just like to leave a kind word about this company.... the owner brought his portable generator at no cost to my business so we did'nt lose our stock in our w/i cooler,we had one and it would'nt start .so Icalled Norm he had a generator here in 30 min. at night and checked the refrigeration system man what a guy ...He didn't have to do that !...That will stay with me for ever ! Now thats a good guy ........

as the owner of several B.K. restaurants it was my job to keep over-head low (thats if my local managers don't) ...well anyway Ihad realised that my managers were dealing with several refrigeration co's to help service our equip.. Several years back decided to call Bentemp ,Seeingthat they would give my stores discounts if Iused them exclusively we have been doing bus. for some time now and it has lowered the overhaed by several thousand if you compared to using other companys. Smart choice on my part Ihere corporates" talking to the owner on supplying installs on new stoers in the coming years ...seasons ..

Good company to use in time of need no doubt about it. They installed new ac for the restaurants dining rm and worked week ends at no extra charge so it didn't effect the day to day rest bus. they have been out to service our freezers and coolers solid people reliable pricy but believe me it's worth the cost .Emergency service cost extra but in the restaurant bus. you can't afford not to fix our coolers and so forth .If your credits ok the owner will give more than the usual time to pay your bill . In this economy that makes all the diff. ..

Hello, Iown a contracting company and put out a bid request to several venders in Bristol county. Ben-temp was one of those co;s they where not the lowestbid for the work to be bone (3 package units) hvac....,but Ben-temp delivered on time ,was open to suggestions, informative , and gave my company extra time to pay the bal. due. good work nice people to work with .

With the economy the way it is right now every dollar counts efficiency helps do that and thats what I found by using Ben-Temp. Norm's company gets right to the problem shows you what wrong and gives you information to help prevent further problems,after using other co.'s , I;d recommend them .. solid company.

My wife and I would like to write a few words about Ben Temp .We own several bus.'s in Bristol county, Ma..We don't have the time to be at each one ,and are often out of town .Our general manager turned us on to Ben-Temp,We have been with Norman's co.(hope he dosn't mind me name dropping ) for several years and except for the rare occasion him and his team are always dependable and cost effective .If other venders did bus. like Ben-Temp Iwould,nt have so many head aches ...believe me Idon't drop a dime on many people but Ben-temp has their sh*t together .

There are so many company's to check out it's mind boggling, who do you call ? Bentemp was given a chance to prove themselves. They came out repaired my store's freezer and were very informative andalowed me to pay in 30 days ! I'll be using them again NO DOUBT !

We were looking for an experienced co. to service our refrigeration equip. bentemp came out explained what needed to be done at reasonable prices , we will call them again if needed .

We called bentemp they came out fixed the heating problem in our home We had used another company before ,but were not happy .We have a new company now .Bentemp solved our problem showed us the problemand and gave us time to pay them .Thats the way to do bus. .
