This place has no patience for new clients and they are rude. They forget that the practice is performing a service which requires them to interact with clients and answer questions especially since they use medical devices to perform treatments. You have a 50/50 chance of being told to go to another facility under the label "we are too busy to give you the patience you need." It may be a blessing in disguise. Politeness and business ethics are lost on these people.
