We live in Faison and dine at The Southern Exposure at least weekly. This is one of the best things that has happened in Faison in the last 50 years. The menu is varied and the specials are always delicious. The deserts are outstanding.

If you're out on a romantic dinner, the nightly specials are always incredible, and if you are more budget minded, the items from the regular menu are filling and delicious. My personal favorite meal is the grilled pork chop with macaronia nd cheese and collard greens. Were I a poet and not an engineer, I'd write a sonnet about the mac and cheese and those delicious collard greens (no, I did not eat my collards as a child). The Free Range Chicken is another personal favorite. I have never had anything to eat here that I would not glady pay to eat again. Southern Exposure is easily the best restarunt east of I-95, if not the best in all of North Carolina.
