General Info
Important Notice to Our Customers. One of our biggest competitive advantages, and the main reason why we are able to fix your car for a lot less than our competitors, is the fact that we purchase parts in bulk and stock them in our own parts warehouse. Most of our competitors carry no inventory at all and pass on their higher parts costs to you. The simple fact is this ... our buying power is unmatchable. Remember, at Calvert's Express, you always receive top quality parts and service at the lowest price possible.

Provided by YPmobileMy husband and I went there for the first time and we thought that the brakes were bad, they weren't it was the drums they said. So they changed both drums for about $200 and showed us the original drums. We saw how badly they were and was convinced we needed new ones. It didn't take long before we were driving off.
Good as new!

Provided by YP.comI went in for an oil change. The mechanic told me that a hose was leaking power steering fluid badly, and gave me an estimate of $1500 to fix it. My car wouldn't be drivable for much longer, they said. They claimed my car was leaving a trail of fluid on the ground as they drove it out of the garage.. Funny, but I didn't see any fluid on the ground behind the car. So I took my car to another garage (Lowe Performance on Milton Road), and they told me that there was no leak. They wanted to know who told me it was leaking, and when I told them it was Calvert's Express, they weren't surprised at all. They were also shocked that Calvert's Express wanted $1500 to replace a hose.
At least the garage I used to go to, Stutz Service, would actually damage my car before they tried to stick me with an outrageous bill.
Law enforcement needs to put both Calvert's Express and Stutz Service out of business.

Provided by YP.comDon't go there. What a rip off! The got me for a brake job on my wifes car when I took it in for a transmission fluid change. They said it needed brakes but when I got home my wife told me she just had rotors and pads put on a year ago. When I complained they offered a 50% refund but when I got back to the shop they changed there tune and offered me a much smaller refund.
Stay away from this shop!
