I recently bought a new car and I took it to Rytek to have it checked out before I payed for it. They looked it over thoroughly and gave me a list of everything that needed work and a cost estimate for each fix. Not only that, they took the time to show me around under the hood and point things out to me so I knew exactly what it was they were talking about. As a young woman without much car knowledge, I really appreciated them helping me understand how my vehicle works. They were very personable and kind and I am very satisfied with the job they did. I am so grateful to have found Rytek a number of years ago. I have complete confidence if they advise that I need a repair that I really do, it will be done correctly, and at a fair price. The staff is courteous and respectful and thank me for my business. I know they treat my car as if it was there own. It is a bit out of the way for me but worth the drive.

I have to rave about this shop because I have never been to a place that treats their customers with such respect! My first time there I was welcomed by a very kind Office Manager. The Service Writer was super informative and even took me out to see the issue with my car!!! They don't do any work unless a customer approves it either! I never thought "trust" and "garage" would be in the same sentence, however, I LOVE this garage and fully TRUST their employees and mechanics! Oh yeah, and if you refer anyone to their shop, you get a free oil change!!! I have referred 3 friends now and have used one free oil change and have two free ones on my account! This is crazy!
