Their license should be revoked! There were many issues regarding my mother's stay at the facility. When I questioned them about the issues, they told me they would look into and get back to me. I'm still waiting - over 1 year! At noon, my mother still wasn't dressed or washed, her sneakers went missing but I was never informed until I found them in the parking lot! Her good luggage was lost and replaced with a zippered bag. Rehab was limited because they wanted her to become a long-term resident. They had her sedated most of the time and made her wait unreasonable amount of time to help her to the bathroom. My mother also had bruises that no one could explain. Even the hairdresser claimed to have given my mother services that never happened. This was during Covid pandemic when family members could only visit through a window. God only knows what else I would have found if I was allowed inside! I filed a complaint with DOH but staff lied!

Does not respond to repeated messages left on their website. One of their nursing homes has a major problem with personnel .
