Stay away from Brockman!!! They are so far the worst service provider in the Snow plowing ever! We paid 500 $ / winter 2015-2016 and we needed them in the morning, as we are working at the hospital and we commute every morning. We called them in advance and NO SERVICE until 12pm!!! And when they came, they started cleaning the driveways for our neighbors staying in Florida. They were neglecting us even we were there, calling them and waiving them to come and clean the driveway, as we were expected at the hospital were we had to work.... DON'T PAY THEM FOR NOTHING , especially if you are employed or you are having high responsibility jobs, as you are risking to be fired because of them! DON'T pay them either for the fall clean-ups!,,, 500 $ to blow the leaves is everything they are able to do....buy a blower instead and you are good to go and you' ll have 1000 $ in your pocket and your job secure

This is the worse service that I have ever received. He has violated the contract. He has told me to get a shovel. Told me to buy a SUV. He does not provide the service that his contract states. Gives excuses for the reasons that he does not provide service. Buyer beware! Find someone else for your snow removal service!

I called for snow removal services. I received a quick reply. Very courteous and professional. I like the fact that I can obtain a contract with a reputable company to plow my driveway so quickly. Their service is very personal, I recommend that you call and find out!

This is the worst lanscaping company in Rochester, NY. I have them do a lanscaping job at my house and one they did not completed the job and second the part of the job that they did, I had to contract another company to fix it. Please do not do bussiness with this company. I ended up reporting them to the better bussiness bureau.
