I have used Karl for many years. I have an apartment building in Bristol and he services the appliances there. Over the years he has been great. On time, pleasant to the tenants and most importantly straight with me about the repairs needed. He charges fair prices for repairs and lets you know in advance what those repairs might cost. He is very knowledgeable and has helped me with cost/benefit with repairs on older appliances. I recommend him highly.

The service call was placed on Monday moring for our gas dryer, and the appointment was for 12-2. The technician called before he arrived, and was on schedule.
