Our son, was born prematurely and weighed in at just one and one-half pounds. We had waited 13 years for him, so we considered him a miracle from day one. Since he was conceived through IVF and also a preemie, he has literally been "under a microscope" and has been followed very closely. When he started to walk, we noticed he was a "toe walker" and we took him to see a specialist. He also had one ear infection after another and we were concerned about the amount of antibiotics he was taking. A family friend had recommended Dr. Barley repeatedly, and finally, when he was about 3, we decided to make an appointment. Dr. Barley corrected the subluxations in his spine and all of a sudden he stopped toe walking and hasnt had an ear infection since. The specialist Tyler had been seeing was amazed and wanted to know what we had been doing. He is now 13 and we take him for a monthly "tune-up" appointment.
