Unfortunately we had a poor experience at LT salon today. The salon itself is very attractive inside with ample seating. I asked for a basic pedicure and proceeded to get asked repeatedly if I wanted an upgrade to a "platinum" pedicure which would have more leg massage etc. I finally relented. There was a brief scrub followed by lotion application which involved a quick-perhaps one minute total massage. My daughter had the same experience. She proceeded to have her fake nails removed which was excruciatingly painful. When she told her manicurist how much it hurt, the woman simply brushed her off. She left with nail polish on her finger tips, around the nails. All this cost almost $120.00 which is $45.00 more than we pay in our hometown of Seattle for far less pampering than we have ever received anywhere we have travelled.

Tell me why I payed 25.00 each for my 3 and 5 year old to get their toes done and one day later the nail color is coming off!! Also played 50 for my toes and nails and she only painted my nails while my toes were drying and yep the paint is all missing in one day I am not happy at all

At first it seemed the service would be good but all the tech could talk about was money and she rushed getting my nails done. Then charged me $15 for a dot design I could do myself, but what really got me was when I didn't leave a tip, and I compared the receipt to my account she had taken a $16 tip without my consent and it wasnt on my receipt. I also noticed unsanitised tools on the work station... I will never go there again!!!!

L T nails looks nice but dont let it fool you, they were completely rude. I had gotten a pedicure with a french tip and it looks awful. I could have done the same work that this lady did. Also I had a gift cetificate for 30 dollars and did not present this to the lady until she told me my total. On her written receipt it had said 33 but immediately after seeing my gift certificate she bumped my total up 2.50 more. I did not mention anything to her, although looking back I wish I would have now. After this she had asked if I wanted her to add the tip on my card and I told her no, I would just write it on the receipt myself. When she came back with my receipt she stood over my shoulder and watched what I was going to give her for a tip. To me there is nothing more rude then that. I did give her a tip but she was not happy and stormed away. To sum it up I will never go back there.

Beautiful place and great service! They always open a new pack of utensils at each service. Cost is less than any other place, also. It is well worth the 1/2 hour drive from Cincinnati. Since I discovered this place several years ago, I haven't gone to any other nail salon. For the best mani-pedi experience, don't go on Saturdays.

It was okay - they made me use a towel and then put it back in the stack of "new towels". They also talked about my nails and thought I didn't understand what they were talking about......But they did an amazing job on my nails!!!!!!!

I was told to sit at dirty nail station. Nail tech sat down n picked up cuticle clippers from existing pile of nail shavings n began to scrape my nails. I told him he is supposed to sanitize between customers. He said it's ok. It's clean. That was completely not true. I salon, won't be back. Be observant of sanitation at this salon.

The best nail salon in Cincinnati and surrounding area. I have been going there for about four years. Always a great experience.

Love this place! Beautiful clean shop with friendly workers. Always a great job on my toes and nails..and if I chip or break one in between regular visits they always fix for free :) only place I will go!

At first great service but does not back up work. Did horrible job on nails and when shown the problems was very defensive and rude. I asked them how to remove product from my nails and was told "you so smart you figure it out". Will never go back again

Such a friendly environment! Same great owners for a long time.... do a wonderful job on everything :)
