The anonymous reviewer is Laura Thomas. She has written a review that is riddled with half truths and inaccuracies about my representation of her. It is compelling that she chose to write them anonymously. She did pay me to prepare a bankruptcy petition for her. She provide a large number of documents that I needed for her filing. I did the work in preparing her bankruptcy petition as agreed. She then fell off the face of the earth. I wrote her 5 letters requesting the additional documentation to complete the petition over a 1 and 1/2 year period of time. I eventually closed her file my office and notified her in writing of this. Again, she did not respond to any of letters I sent her. It wasn't until I was notified about her review ( that she has posted on every media site available to her) that I was aware she was requesting her entire retainer fee after I had done much of the work on her petition. I am not dishonest and am taking steps to address her malicious attacks.

I paid this attorney 1000$ down to file bankruptcy. I did not file bankruptcy so did not need an attorney..I have contacted this attorney asking for my 1000$ to be refunded to me several times and get no return call. It's a shame that someone trying to file bankruptcy and devastated financially could have 1000$ stolen by an attorney she thought was going to help..I'll update my review when my money is returned..L Thomad
