If Osha had a "this is what you don't do" video, this company would be on the front of the box. No harnesses in man lifts, no harnesses while beam walking 80 ft in the air. Asbestos ridden buildings without protection. When brought to the attention of the owner Greg, was told not to tell the other workers. While cutting up in the air, I asked a "supervisor" to have someone boom me up another bottle of oxygen 4 different times throughout the day, and was blown off with a head shake and a "pffft" like he was to good to do his job. At the end of the day I was verbally attacked by the same said supervisor 3 different times. One instance I had my arms full of equipment and yelled from 10 ft away not to close the garage door. I then watched him slam it closed and lock it. Then he opened a smaller door further down for me to come through. After walking through that door, I was met in the other side by that same supervisor waiting for me. He proceeded to step up into my face and say "you got a f'n problem" I responded with "I'm half your age, and twice your size, you should rethink your strategy" I then walked away to the job box to put the equipment away. He sped up and beat me there, then proceeded to harass me again. I put the stuff down and said "fine, you put it away" then I walked away again. I walked back out the door. Then was met on the other side by him next to the owner where he proceeded to start on me again. I said dude, you better leave me alone before you get hit. I then walked away to my vehicle. Put my things away, walked back after he got in his truck, the owner Greg then told me "we don't need you back here after the display inside. (The harassment he wasn't there to witness so I assume his worker changed the story, mind you as he is telling me this, his worker is in his truck yelling threats at me out the window) This is how you get treated at this company, I slept in my truck, for 3 days in which I put in 37 hours for this man, I suffered heat stroke, heat induced vomiting, and watched colored spots fly around from the heat, and still kept working. Yet I got no respect what so ever. Do not work for or hire this company, they cut corners and work dangerously. You will be sorry.
