Based in Fairfield, N.J., it provides cooking equipment, consisting of ovens and bar code scanners, convection ovens, convenient grills, fryers, griddles, ranges, rotisseries, steamers and toasters, to name a few. Hobart offers food prep equipment, comprising choppers/grinders, cutter mixers, food cutters and processors, meat saws, mixers, peelers, power drive units and slicers.
