Rick is very polite and seemingly wanting to help. The problem is that his actions do not match the words. I hired him to remove an animal in my building, paid him in advance, and got nothing in return. After several failed promises from him to show up, I decided that he was never going to show up. I've had to take further in an attempt to get my money back..

I called Alfred Animal & Pest Control for my mice problem. Rick came out right away, He was very polite, took the time out to explain everything to me and did a great job. My mice problem is gone thanks to Rick. I will be recommending Rick to anyone I know who might have any animal or pest problem. Thanks Rick.

I call Alfred Animal and Pest Control because I had a flying bat in my attic. Rick was very pleasant to deal with. He gave me a quote over the phone which was very competitive. He was at my house within an hour and took care of the problem. I will definately call Alfred Animal and Pest control for any other problems and will reccomend him to my friends and neighbors.

They canceled my appointment and hour after they were supposed to be at my home and rescheduled for the next day. On that next day, they did not show up and did not even bother to call.
