Its design/build services include site selection, site design/permitting, building design/engineering, cost estimating, value engineering, scheduling and construction management. Its completed projects include: L.L. Bean in Manchester, N.H.; Chop Point School and Camp in Woolwich, Maine; and Goodall Medical Building in Sanford, Maine. Sheridan Construction Corporation was established in 1947 and is located in Fairfield and Portland, Maine.
