H&H Home Care helps seniors in Connecticut's Fairfield, New Haven and Litchfield counties maintain the dignity and safety of living in the comfort and security of their own homes including assisted living settings. Our compassionate and experienced nurse's aides, home health aides, companions and homemakers provide a full range of in-home senior care, from hourly or part-time respite care to 24-hour, live-in arrangements.
