My wife and I purchased a dishwasher from Lowe’s lied to by the sales associate told us it was in stock well two weeks later still no dishwasher the worst customer service and management they don’t care about customers and associates that lie to you You just lost a customer Lowe’s
Vickie in garden was absolutely wonderful. She went out of her way to help my mother with the many questions my mom had as well as showing us where things were located. Shannon, at the cash register, was also very nice and patient. Thank you!
Hi my name is Marie I was helped by a lady named Sabrina I came in looking for canopy and cushions for my swing which lowes didn't have for my particular swing Sabrina took the time out to help me go online and find out who made the particular cushion I really appreciate her help I would have not been able to do it otherwise I'm 57 years old you don't see that kind of service anymore and she's pretty awesome person friendly great personality and a beautiful smile thanks again Sabrina when I come back to Lowe's I'll be looking for you. Lowes in Fairfield.
The staff was very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to answer my questions. The store is bright and clean and very neat. When I wanted to purchase wood flooring they were very helpful and the flooring looks wonderful in my house. They have a large variety of plants and flowers. I am shopping at Lowe's from now on and glad to see they came to Fairfield at last!
Just left the new lowes built here in Fairfield, had a terrible experience, visited the plumbing dept. and ran into a gentlemen that made me wait about ten minutes behind a customer buying some Clorox spray cleaner, why? Because he had to tell this guy all his old plumbing war stories, then after being "helped" he gave me a grumpy attitude after I decided I couldn't afford a new sprayer for my kitchen sink and I just decided to plug the hole, ended up allowing me to buy the wrong size plug fitting by pointing me in its direction, with all his "knowledge" I shouldn't have left that store with the wrong product, I guess the wait shouldn't have been a surprise since everyday for over a year I had to wait for the construction crew that was building that monstrosity get out of my way during my commute to work. Home depot anyone? I'll see you there.
