I wish I could give a negative star. I am so upset and angry with the service I received while I was trying to shop for my daughters soccer accessories. One of the oldest associates assaulted and abused my little daughters by yelling and screaming at them.I was in the store with my 2.5 and 6 years old very active girls, and I needed a help with the shoe's, socks and shin guards sizing and fit, as I am a new soccer mom and have no information about the right fit or the place of the correct items/sizes, nor had time to, both, watch my girls and educate myself by reading every and each items tiny descriptions on goods and then think to make correct decisions. But, the associates were nowhere to ask, or were extremely indifferent and explicitly annoyed to be asked for a help. But that's not whwat got me to here.I called one of the associates from far to ask which size of the sock would be appropriate for my daughters soccer game. He came, mumbled something, from which I could only guess that I needed smaller size, and quickly left. I stayed puzzled, as I still didnt know how small was I supposed to go. And while trying to read the description on the sock, another, much older, associate came and started literally to YELL at my children, who got bored and apparently were playing with a few gears and left some of them on the floor, while I was doing their job and trying to help myself to find the right products in the store. HE LITERALLY POINTED HIS FINGER AT MY 2.5 YEARS OLD AND SCREAMED AT HER IF YOU ARE GOING TO BEHAVE LIKE THIS YOUNG LADY, DONT COME TO THIS STORE ANYMORE! I AM NIT GOING TO LET YOU BACK TO THIS STORE! I was in A shock, and couldnt talk for a moment. WHAT???? Do you realize you are talking to 2.5 years old???? Is this the first time ever in the stores history to have kids over??? Of course, I was to pick up after them after I was done with my selection, but may I understand why was he hired to be in the store for???? What are the duties of an associate, if they are not there to help a costumer or pick up a gear or two from the floor (in my case he wasnt going to pick up any anyway)? WHO GIVES YOU A RIGHT TO YELL AT MY KID???? Who are you to point your finger at my child?? Who gives you a right to abuse and assault my little child?? WHO ARE YOU TO TALK TO ANYONE IN SUCH A TONE!!! First, out of respect to his age, I didnt say anything not to make a scene in front of my children, just got my stuff and left the store, but now, I am thinkingto file a report on him. This is not normal, and I am very much concerned. TO THE STORE MANAGEMENT Please follow up with this, I am sure, I am not the first costumer with such an unpleasant experience. This is unspeakable, and needs an immediate attention!!!
