Dr. Shields and his staff are the best. I wish I had found him years ago. I had gone to my regular doctor for shoulder pain. After two weeks the pain was even worse. With just two visits with Dr. Shields, I was pain free. He listens and takes all the time needed. He explains and shows you stretches and exercises to help yourself. He really cares.

I have been a happy patient of Dr. Shields for 2 years and I just recently brought in my daughter to see him as well. She is on the swim team at school, plays field hockey and she adores him already. She found the exercises he gave her along with stretching and treatment to be fun and very helpful. I play tennis frequently and Dr. Shields does as well so he understands the stresses and strains that can accompany frequent play, which have vastly improved for me since I've been seeing him. Nice office and friendly staff. Dr. Shields is the best!
