General Info

Dr. Choe was born in Korea came to the United States in 1976. He graduated from Baltimore College of Dental surgery in 1996. Dr.Choe completed 2 years in advanced education in General Dentistry at Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. He also completed 1 year fellowship in Oral Surgery at Georgetown University. Since graduating from Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, Dr.Choe received over thousand hours of continuing education constantly striving to improve his skills and knowledge. Dr.Choe is a general dentist who is certified by the International Association of Orthodontics. He concentrates on preventing jaw problems by screening and treating at an early age. He believes certain conditions, if treated at early stage with removable functional appliance; it can reduce the need for braces later on. Dr. Choe is also a graduate of the Institute for Advanced TMJ studies and is an active member of America Academy of Craniofacial pain. Dr. Choe is also a TMJ patient and has been treated for temporal mandibular joint dysfunction. So he knows what TMD patients are going through.Dr. Choe opened his private office in Fairfax, Virginia since 1999 and has been striving to provide the best smiles to everyone. On the days office is closed, he volunteers at Baltimore College of Dental Surgery at advanced education in residency to pass on his knowledge to post-graduate student.
