Tech Support you can actually understand. Because they are NOT in India. I was sold on just that... But, customer service was Great. They take the time to explain the problem and how they plan to fix it. In lay terms..

Very knowlegeable, and you dont have to call to India just to get tech support. They dont sub out tech support. Its the same guys that installed the system that are there to help you when you need support, so they know exactly what the problem is! Very satisfied.

They are very knowledgable and honest, my money was definately well spent, and they have been great when I needed help even after they installed my system. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who is shopping for a phone system. I wish more businesses were like them these days. I usually do support small businesses, I find they most always provide better quality and service.
