In my search for a specific jeep wrangler model, year and color I came across Auto Buying Service. They had the exact vehicle I was looking for on an Autotrader posting. My first thought was to not pursue it since I live about two thousand miles west of Fairfax, but I decided to give them a call. Mike Green was my salesman and our conversation was very honest and straight forward. I hung up with such a good feeling I decided I was going to seriously consider buying this vehicle. Mike and team did everything I asked, from sending me a bunch of pictures to taking the vehicle to an automotive shop to be checked out, to picking me and my son up at the airport. Auto Buying Service is what every car dealership should be like - fair, honest, friendly and really interested in customer satisfaction. Mike was great - it couldn't not have been a better experience and I love my new jeep.

We needed a 3rd car for our daughter to drive - we were searching for a reliable, safe and reasonably-priced, gently-used vehicle. We looked at Carmax and other dealerships and quite frankly were not impressed. Then we came across a Auto Buying Service. They had a nice selection of vehicles - all of which we very-reasonably priced. We selected an Acura TSX and we could not be happier with it. The folks at ABS are good people - all nice, happy and genuine. There was no sales pressure and the actual purchase process took less than 15 minutes. It couldn't have been a nicer experience. Mike, our Salesperson was great. We will definitely do business with ABS again.
I had listed my car for 3 weeks on Craigslist. I got a few low-ball offers and a handful of people trying to sell me stuff. I responded to an email from Betsy at Auto Buying Service and decided to see if they would give me more for the car than CarMax. I went out at 1:30 on a Saturday and was out, check in hand, by 2:30. It was a great experience, they gave me 20% more than CarMax and only 10% below what I had hoped to get based on Blue Book value. No Fuss No Haggling.

I bought an 03 Honda Accord from ABS on 6/2910 and im so satisfied with it.The car was super clean and has great mileage, but even better than that was the service that I received from ABS. They gave me a great price, and had me out the door in less than 2hours. Thank you ABS for being one of the last decent businesses left.

My visit to ABS was by far the greatest experience. The professionalism and courteous of the staff was phenomenal. My car was appraised by PK and I was very pleased with his offer. Too bad I had already purchased another vehicle, otherwise I would have considered buying one from them. I will definitely be back to do business in the future again.

Bought a 14 year old Subaru from ABS in Jan 2010. I drove down from Philly area to pick it up (ABS had better deals than Pa.) The all wheel drive car seemed to "wander" a little bit upon acceleration which it shouldn't do. Took it to a PA Subaru dealership where frozen calipers were discovered. I contacted ABS to aprise them of this issue. Terms of the ABS provided warranty required me to return the car to ABS to be checked out...which wasn't feasible. Frank from ABS contacted my Subaru dealership to confirm the work being done - and didn't he pony up for 50% of the costs!!! He didn't have to do that - but he did....that was a very "stand up" thing to do and speaks volumes to their reputation as fair and honest. you just don't find that today. I certainly recommend ABS - it was worth the 300 mile trip!

I recently purchased a used vehicle from ABS. The staff was friendly, honest, informative and competent. They were not the least bit pushy or phony. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a used car - their selection is diverse and doing business with them was a pleasure.

I recently bought a G35 at ABS and was thoroughly impressed with the entire process -- from feeling like I got a good deal on my trade-in to enjoying office chocolates and my new MD tags only a few days later. The staff is extremely down to earth, friendly, and forthcoming; I had the pleasure of working with Betsy, Wanda, Sam and Jim, all of whom I would recommend highly. So if you are looking for a stress-free experience, definitely consider ABS!

I had a great experience with Auto Buying Service. They bought a car from my wife and I in July of '09. They respected my time, were honest and gave us a fair deal. These are people you can truly trust when trying to buy or sell a vehicle.

During my experience, I received great personable service. The salesman was straight & to point without any tricks. When I asked a question if the salesman did not know he immediately went & found out. I also had the experience to sit down with the owner & work the deal; not to mention, I received a new bible upon closing the deal at now other dealer have I had such a good experience.
We bought our second car through ABS a little over a month ago. They are professionals who are trying to help you make a good decision. Not pushy at all. Made the buying experience enjoyable and very helpful even after you drive the car off the lot. We are very pleased and would highly recommend this company if you're in the market for used car sales or purchase. Sincere and friendly. We felt like we got a good deal without all the arduous hours of paperwork and sales pitches you often experience at many other car dealers. I don't think you'll be disappointed with ABS.
