Fairfax High School is an educational facility that offers a range of educational options to students in grades 9 through 12. It conducts classes in science, English, physics and physical education. The school operates drama, business and art clubs. Fairfax High School offers membership options in the Future Farmers of America, National Honor Society, and Family, Career and Community Leaders of America. It also provides several sports activities, such as volleyball, football, basketball, golf, and track and field. The school is a part of the Fairfax R-3 School District, which serves students in kindergarten through grade 12. The Fairfax R-3 School District s schools administer the Title I program.
