Dealt with them for years. They are always friendly and helpful but do occasionally get caught busy by an incoming shipment. Not a typical store but if you are at all geeky or just need something for your projects, go there, check them out.

Don't bother calling. They never answer their phone. When they did finally answer their phone the person was rude. They asked me what type of fuse I needed, and I was not really sure. They made me feel like an idiot for not being familiar with my fuse lingo. I guess they expect their customers to be as electronics savvy as they are. They act like they are elitists. Don't give them your business. They act as if they don't need it anyway.
