The BEST appliance store in south-western Ohio. I have purchased many different appliances from Helton Appliances in Fairborn Ohio. The sales rep is very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend that you give Helton Appliances a call the next time you are looking to replace your old appliances. I know I will.

Highly recommend Helton Appliance store! We purchased a washer/dryer set - had some issues with the washer and they promptly came over to fix it. It still had issues and they offered for me to come over and pick out another set to trade out for it. Exceptional customer service - they really stand behind their warranty and service! We also purchased a refrigerator and after a few months we decided we wanted a bigger one so we picked one out and they took our first one back in trade - great delivery and set up guys too! Thanks - highly recommend Troy and his employees for all your appliance needs!

If you're in the market for an appliance, STOP!!! and run in the opposite direction.

When I arrived at Helton Appliances office to pay for my Kitchen Aide refrigerator the employee didn't fill out my receipt correctly. I received a phone call later asking me to correct the mistake on the receipt. My name and the 30 day warranty was missing from the receipt. The day Helton Appliances was supposed to deliver my refrigerator it was raining and they showed up an hour late with my refrigerator on the back of an old beat up (POS) truck. My refrigerator was exposed to the weather. When the two employees got out of the truck one of them had a cigarette in is hand. He didn't even bother to put it down, Instead he continued to try and loosen the straps on my refrigerator with one hand while holding the cigarette in the other. Finally he walked to the end of my driveway and threw the cigarette into the street. As he was walking back up my driveway he "SPITS" on my driveway. The two employees were very rough when off loading the refrigerator. When they were bringing the refrigerator through my front door I heard a loud bang. After the refrigerator was put in the kitchen I started to walk towards the front door to shut it and that was when I notice the glass in my screen door was broken. The employee called his boss, TROY and told him what had happen. I told the two employees I would take the frame and get it fixed. After a few hours went by the owner, TROY called and said he would only pay $20.00 towards the window. I had told TROY about what had happen and he said "everybody spits". He started to argue with me and it was very clear that I wasn't going to get anywhere with him. I told TROY that I was also a business owner and I would never treat a customer the way he treated me. Troy said to me "I don't need your recommendations"

I will never use HELTON APPLIANCES again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.

You can't go wrong buying from Helton Appliances. I purchased a washer and dryer from there and I love it. I had a small issue with the washer and they promptly repaired it. Thats good service. That tells me that they don't "beat around the bush" and just do what they say they will. I highly recommend this store and will purchase from there again when I need to. Bottom Line: With the economy the way it is, This is the store for me. savind money on used appliances and getting great service. Thanks to Helton Appliances. A+
