Don't use them if looking purchase either especially if youre low income and have no purchase experience. If I were to refer them to a friend or anyone I know I would definatwly loose friends and accantences. Found out also that y appraisal was not accurate, have hay for attic insulation.

Never judge by a name! I have called and called this management company without ANY answer or call back. Homeowners beware if you are looking into this company for tenants, and ones who already are using this management company, now know why their home is still empty.



Interested in renting a home, my 1st call was greeted by the worst echoing static filled info line I have ran into since the 90's! Couldn't understand the company name, what she was saying, she was also talking way too fast, and then only after calling back 3 times, I finally understood an alternate number. So I called it, and their business hours are only from 1-4. I left a message about noon, hoping I'd get a return call but never did... Or the next day... So day 3, I call during business hours and again no answer, but left another message. Day 5 and still no word, so I called again after passing the property and still seeing their sign, no answer and left my 3rd message.



I try calling again today, day 7 and the phone line is not excepting messages, nor has anyone answered the 10+ times I've called today between 1-4...



What a joke of a business! I guess it's not meant to be I live at this house, because I deal with only professional companies who do as they promote, and would hate dealing with this type of a company just to pay rent.



Oh, and by the way, I'm an excellent tenant, you missed out!!! Established in my current resident for well over a decade, lower risk of damage to a home/carpets, as we have no children living with us, and are also non smokers. We are dream tenants, thanks for your shove in the right direction~I think we're gonna buy instead!
