Not being my first home buying experience, I did not have a good outlook an to be honest dreaded going through the mortgage process again. That being said I was pleasantly surprised with hoe smoothly and to be honest (no offense to other mortgage officers) but how bluntly pleasant Brian, my consultant, was and easy to get in touch with. I never felt I was being jerked around and it meant a lot to me. Made the transition into a new city much easier and less stressful
