I've used them several times for issues with my Heating and A/C. I called yesterday saying that I was having a problem with my furnace and they said they could have someone out later in the day or first thing in the morning. I had them come in the morning, the tech arrived on time and was very professional. He was able to determine the problem was a simple sensor that needed cleaning. Of all the times I've used Reiner they never tried to sell me a new system and only fixed/replaced the parts that were needed. I highly recommend them.

Bill in the Fair Lawn office provided great customer service when he serviced our air conditioner last week. He started by asking whether we had any issues with the AC last year. I mentioned that one room upstairs never seemed to get enough air. Bill gave several suggestions as to how that could be addressed. He also took the time to help me adjust some dampers to push more air upstairs, figured out that one duct we thought was sending air to the room in question actually was not, and even checked the ducts in our attic to see whether they also could be adjusted. Bill is cheerful, friendly and genuinely helpful!

Great experience with a very professional company. The salesman who came to our home listened to our thoughts and concerns and answered all questions honestly and professionally. Very impresses with his knowledge and expertise. The mechanics who came to do the work were great and most importantly respectful of our home. They showed up on time, worked hard, were true craftsmen and cleaned up at the end of each day. When minor issues arose, they were dealt with immediately and professionally and in a high quality way. I called Reiner for a quote on a boiler replacement required because of the recent flooding in my area. They responded immediately and their price was about 1/3 less than the quote given by the gas company. They came when they promised and did the installation in one day. They were great. I would recommend them to anyone!

In January of 2011, Reiner Group Inc came to my home to fix my furnace. I had to call them late on a Friday night and Reiner responded within an hour of my call. The service tech they sent was very professional. He was also very patient and answered all of my questions. He fixed the problem that same night. Reiner is a terrific service company who puts its customers first.

They charged me $65.00 just to show up and then had the audacity to charge me an additional $130 per hr for 1.5 hrs only to tell me they could not fix the issue. Basically, I paid $227.00 for nothing. Id think hard and fast before EVER using this outfit again. Integrity is not in their mission statement obviously.

I made an appointment and when they came out they told me they had to completely shut down my furnace and that I needed to purchase a brand new one. I told them i was quite surprised and became upset because i did not have the $3-5,000 they advised me it would be. Then they just left. Needless to say, I had another company come out for a 2nd opinion. They advised me everything was fine, I did not need a brand new one, and cleaned my furnace. In my opinion Reimer has that special to get in the door to try to scare you into purchasing a new one right then and there in the wintertime. Take your business elsewhere, do not call them!
