Very quick to return phone calls prior to signing contract - very bad about returning them afterwards. Estimate turned out to be very low; it didn't allow for adjustments to accomodate rubber roofing required on flat roof as explained by (very good) foreman (who threw the estimator 'under the bus' for not seeing the need). Bottom line: final price exceeded estimate by 50%.Had also requested installation of ridge vent, but was informed AFTER COMPLETION OF JOB that due to roof framing it couldn't be done (something a trip to the attic beforehand could have probably addressed). Installed 4x4 posts for railing on flat surface, but they are not spaced evenly.After several weeks of unreturned calls trying to get warranty info from ROV, went direct to roofing materials supplier to get it.
